Do you offer virtual consultations?Yes, if you cannot visit our atelier in person, we offer video consultations to discuss your vision, design preferences, and fabric selections before starting the bespoke process.

How long does the bespoke process take?On average, the bespoke process takes three months. We recommend allowing enough time for fittings and hand-finishing. Fast-track services may be available upon request, depending on our atelier’s availability.

Can you accommodate rush orders?We may be able to expedite production depending on the complexity of the design. If you require a rush order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your timeline.
